BACKGROUND
Connor McNeil, company owner of Camera Master, comes from the quaint town of East Dubuque, Illinois. His journey in the world of photography commenced back in 2011 when he collaborated with friends to create YouTube videos. Over time, Connor developed a profound understanding of the significance of visual media in contemporary society. Whether capturing personal memories, preserving history, enhancing entertainment, or crafting compelling advertisements, he recognized the power inherent in photos and videos. From the quiet streets of East Dubuque to the major Colorado areas, Connor’s passion for visual storytelling journey transformed him into a true “Camera Master”, celebrating the importance of his photo and video work.
EDUCATION
Connor graduated from East Dubuque High School in 2015 and promptly enrolled in college to pursue a degree in business marketing at Northeast Iowa Community College. After two years of studying marketing, he made the strategic decision to relocate to Colorado, where he completed his education in the field of Economics. In December 2020, Connor earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), accompanied by a Minor in General Business. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of various business concepts acquired during his college years, he successfully launched his own photography and videography business.

Connor operates as an independent contractor for Shoott, Eivans, and Classic Photographers, in addition to managing his personal freelance endeavors through Camera Master. As of 2024, he is deeply immersed in the art of visual storytelling—filming and meticulously editing weddings and music videos, capturing incredible portraits across diverse subjects, and venturing into the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. With over seven years of professional experience and high-end, quality Canon equipment, Camera Master consistently delivers exceptional results in any scenario.
